'Es war unser erster Urlaub in Italien, aber definitiv nicht unser letzter! Das Haus besitzt alles, was man sich für einen entspannten Urlaub wünschen kann. Das Highlight ist der Pool, der Billiardtisch und der Tischkicker. Es gab Tage, da wollten unsere Kinder nicht weg. Die Gegend ist traumhaft schön. 'Très beaux logement au calme dans les hauteurs des montagnes avec magnifique vue. Logement très agréable et relativement bien équiper. Un peux éloigner des commerces et des côtes. Accueil très chaleureux (langue italien). Très bon rapport qualité/prix. A recommander.'

'We (4 adults and 3 young adults) had a wonderfull time in the house of Pietro, Mariola and Erica. Pietro and Mariola were very good hosts. The house is big, clean and comfortable. The garden is very nice and the swimmingpool refreshing. The view from the balcony is beautiful. The villages within the area are little gems. Pietro and Mariola, thank you for hospitality!!!! 'Wir haben die Zeit im Casa BraMare sehr genossen. Ein schönes, gepflegtes und geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Haus in einer herrlichen Landschaft. Ein Garten zum Entspannen, diverse Sitzplätze, Panoramablick, genial. Die Küche ist hervorragend ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Ausgesprochen netter, sympathischer Kontakt mit der Vermieterin. Wir können alle sehr guten Bewertungen bestätigen.'

'This property had everything. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking ware and dishes. The bedrooms were comfortable. Everywhere was clean and well decorated. The hosts were so friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The area is beautiful, peaceful and quiet. We stayed a month and it wasn't long enough!'

'We spent a wonderful week in this scrupulously clean home in the center of San Benedetto. Every need was anticipated -- from high quality linens and towels, to a welcome basket of breakfast goodies/coffee, to laundry and dish soap, to a fully-equipped kitchen/dining area. 'Reizende Vermieter, 40m zum Badestrand, Wohnung neu renoviert und gut ausgestattet. Kein unnötiger Whirlpool , sondern eine tolle "Whirlpool"-Waschmaschine. Große Wohnung und Terrasse nach Osten Richtung Meer, großer Garten mit schönen Bäumen, Fahrräder. Mängel: neue Stühle am Esstisch sind leider zu niedrig, ein bequemer Sessel zum Fernsehen wäre noch schön . Grottamare ist ein hübscher, sehr gepflegter Ort, in dem es alles gibt, was man braucht. 'Vlak aan het strand en de wandelpromenade. Nieuw gebouw moderne inrichting. Mooie kamers. Ruimtes zijn bij de standaard kamer niet zo groot. Wel proper! In de badkamer was bij ons de regendouche kapot. Bij het zwembad zijn er verschillende tegeltjes van het zwembad stuk. Super goed en uitgebreid ontbijt! Leuk dakterras om te liggen en te rusten! Dicht bij het centrum, er is ondergrondse parking maar beperkt.'
