'From curbside valet/bellman, to front desk, to restaurant staff everyone I came in contact with provided great customer service. The room was very spacious. Enjoyed my sitting are. The bed was very comfortable. I really liked the steamer vs having a iron and ironing board. The robe was a nice touch too. Only downside was the bathroom/shower area was small/narrow. I would recommend this hotel and if have business in the area again will stay here.'

'This is my 5th stay. I love having my car secure right across from the hotel. The walking path by the river is beautiful. Some of the rooms have balconies overlooking this and it is so peaceful. The rooms are very clean and good sized. We have always had hot water and the beds are comfy. I love that they supply full sized pillows, four to a king bed. The front desk folks are very nice and the panini in the bar is excellent. '

'The hotel is clean and modern. The room is perfect except foe the noisy fridge. However the service is not as expected. Paid for breakfast and at 830 the first day they were already cleaning up and the assortment was limited. Second dat there was not even breakfast. I am still waiting for the promised breakfast. '

'Uniek en klassiek hotel. Uitstekend bed en ruime schone kamer. Parkeergarage is wat klein voor een pick-up maar uiteindelijk ging dit goed.'

'Spa and swimming pool is outdoor and looks not so clean so we did not use it. '

'Mooi hotel. Vlakbij Pioneer Square goed bereikbaar vanaf de luchthaven met de Max lightrail (Red Line) in 40 minuten. Op loopafstand van Waterfront. Kamer van normale grootte met 2 uitstekende bedden. '
