'Unit is in a safe area, right off the beach. Photos helped provide a smooth check-in, from finding the correct building to signing onto the WiFi. Unit was clean and smelled very nice. We made good use of the washer and dryer and kitchen supplies. We totally appreciated the water bottles, snacks, and coffee! Beach items were also available. 'We rented both the upper and lower units together. Very comfortable for our group of 7 with room to spare. Bright and airy. Beautiful outside living space. The lower unit had floats for playing in the ocean as well as plenty of beach chairs. We were in and out of the water all the time - great adult fun! Loved walking through all the neighborhood for early morning exercise. Lots of dogs but no troubles. Clean and well appointed. Beds comfortable. We walked to many restaurants and bars. Must...

'We had a great stay here in Rincon. We stayed here for 2 full weeks with our 12 month old and another couple. The home was very comfortable with 4 adults and a baby with 3 rooms and 2 full bathrooms. We arrived at 4am and check in was easy. The location is a short walk to an amazing beach (if you're not afraid of a small steep hill) and a quick drive to food, groceries, and the heart of Rincon. We loved being so close to the beach with a little one it made for great sunset or early morning...

'Casa Del Mar is exactly as advertised. The host is extremely helpful and communicative and the property is as advertised. This is our second time staying here and the home clean, well appointed and well kept.
