House with jacuzzi and mountain view The house is located in the Valle de Agaete in the village of Villa de Agaete. This valley is characterised by its microclimate which makes it famous for its tropical crops such as coffee, mangoes, avocados and citrus fruits. On the surrounding mountains is the Pinar de Tamadaba (protected area) whose main flora is the Canary Island pine and other native species. From the airport to the town of Agaete there are approximately 50 km of excellent highways of recent and modern construction. Once in the village, only 3 km away is the urbanisation of La Suerte. From September to March, visitors from Northern European countries, mainly from Finland, Norway and Germany, who are fleeing from the cold winters, spend their holidays here. It is in this Urbanisation and in a privileged situation where our house is located with views to the green mountains in winter and ochre in summer. Overlooking the sea we can see the island of Tenerife and its volcano Teide when the weather permits. Being an area of rest and disconnection the activities that can be done are hiking, beaches, fishing, submanirismo, cultural visit to the Cueva Pintada in Gáldar, place where an aboriginal village was discovered, now converted into a museum. The natural seawater pools in Puerto de Las Nieves are very attractive. Only 300 m from the house there are 2 restaurants with typical food within walking distance. Also in Puerto de las Nieves, 5 km away, there are several restaurants with fresh fish and seafood and a sports centre only 4 km away where you can swim, play tennis, aerobics, dance and pilates classes, etc.

The house has 3 bedrooms with large beds and a sofa bed and extra blankets and bathrobe. Cot if necessary. Two full bathrooms with hairdryer, toilet paper, shampoo, first aid kit and soap. Dining room for 8 people and a lounge with TV with international signal, DVD with a collection of films for adults and children. All the bedrooms and bathrooms are equipped with a change of sheets and towels. The kitchen is recently renovated, with dishwasher, different types of coffee machines, condiments, cleaning products, oil, salt, water, coffee and tea. Free wifi signal, air conditioning hot/cold. The water in the showers is heated by solar panels. Outside there is a large porch where you can relax and from the garden you can enjoy beautiful views of the sea and the mountains. A jacuzzi with 35 degrees and aroma therapy, a barbecue area (gas). Washing machine and dryer, iron and ironing board. A balcony where you can see the Teide volcano of our neighbouring island of Tenerife and in the garden a set of table and chairs for tea and hammocks for sunbathing.

The property is fenced and you can park in the street very close to the main door of the property. It is a safe and quiet area. In the garden you will find different corners where you can sit and enjoy the good weather that the island has to offer.

Cots, high chairs, toys, etc. will be provided. The house has a printer, books in different languages, TV with Netflix, safe and heating.

The nearest beach is 5 km away and is called Las Nieves and has a natural pebble pool with sea water. The nearest restaurant is 4 km away and a mini market is 3 km away. The nearest restaurant is only 300 m away and you can walk there. There are several hiking trails around Los Jazmines where you can go for walks.
