The space
This is an open-loft style condo. The upstairs contains two sleeping spaces - the master with a king bed and TV, the second space with two twin beds. Both have railing that overlooks the living room below in place of a wall. The master has a door to enter it, the space with twin beds does not. Fifth and sixth guests can be accommodated on the custom couch with pullout queen bed in the living room.
Guest access
Parking is free and easy, as there are parking spots all around the condo building. To access the condo, guests will come through a main community door into a hallway that contains entry doors to all the condos on that level. This condo has an elevated balcony - there is no way to enter or exit except through the main hallway. Sorry, NO Boat Trailers allowed in this community, however they can be parked at the nearby airport at your own risk.

The owner shares his golf cart with guests, however, by booking this property, you agree to this Liability Waiver:
You understand that golf cart impose inherent risks due to moving at high rates of speed in an open-air vehicle. You accept full responsibility for any bodily injury arising from the use of this vehicle and hold the owner harmless. Any injury to said vehicle, as well as yourself, your group, others not related to your group and any other property is the sole responsibility of the guest named in this booking and you hold the owner harmless of all liability. You agree to waive any claim whatsoever against the owner for accidents or claims arising from the use of the cart, whether by you or by others in or outside of your party.
