« Breakfast, room and staff were great! »

« Property was nice. Breakfast buffet was better than most. Only received towel service from housekeeping in 4 days. Coffee and condiments never replenished. Floor above us, room had large dogs that jumped on & off bed all day and night and howled in the evening. »

« Not a hot tub there and the place was nasty and we had too bring our own cleaning supplies and they guy took our money and put it in his pocket wouldn’t give the rest of our deposit back because the towns was dirty bc we put it in the floor and it already had stains on it and nothing was cleaned a lot of roaches and bugs »

« Didn't have a microwave and they were doing maintence almost half the time I was there. It was totally a waste of money »

« Things looked really rundown, and there were no towels available because the pool towels weren’t being taken out of the rooms. Rooms weren’t being cleaned properly a lot more expensive than we thought since we thought we were getting the breakfast included it was not. »

« The rooms are updated and clean. The staff is helpful and friendly. We had two lamps not working when we checked in. We alerted the front desk and he came and fixed them right away. The house keeping service came by and offered us fresh towels etc. We requested a non-smoking room overlooking Garrison Avenue, and that is what we got. It is walking distance from dowtown Ft. Smith. This is a great hotel for the price. »
