« The building and room were clean. A sign on the empty check-in desk said “Ring for service.” I tapped the bell one time. The check-in attendant came out to the desk after I rang. She was clearly interrupted from eating in the back and had a mouthful of food when she asked what I wanted. I told her I had a reservation. She then instructed me to move to the other side of the register (away from the bell) while she looked up my reservation. It took longer than it should have and she seemed...

« Our room was clean. Beds were comfortable to sit on, but horrible to sleep on. They felt so hard. I found a long hair in the tub that did not belong to any of us. Finally, the coffee maker was IN the bathroom sitting on the sink vanity right beside the toilet. Imagine all the toilet flushes & debris that floats….landing on the coffee packets & coffee machine. Needless to say, I chose no coffee. I didn’t even want to move it to use it - yuck! This hotel was nice & clean & floors were clean too....

« Room was not cleaned very well. curtains full of holes and one curtain missing. bottom bed sheet and bed cover had holes in them. pool set to cold to even go in. No coffee pot in rooms had to wait until 6am for coffee when breakfast was started. will not stay there again. 996.00 for 4 nights for a very bad room. very disappointed in wyndam »

« c'était seulement pour une nuit... des cheveux dans le bain et autour du lavabo à mon arrivé, mais c'est tout. Le lit était propre, le personnel à l'accueil très poli et gentil. Trop chaud à mon avis dans la section piscine. Je recommande si c'est pour dormir seulement. »
