Didnt know the room, the price, and didnt take my card info. The suite we reserved appeared to have been given away or unavailable, and we were given the choice of a room w a Sofa bed (that we unfolded and no interest), or a white rugged room that could not be locked from the inside. »

« Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!! »

« This bed and breakfast is one of the cleanest, most charming and comfortable places my husband and I have ever stayed in! The host Mike is amazing! He called us the morning of to take our breakfast order and to walk is through the check-in process (which is very easy) and even gave us recommendations for dinner. Definitely try PK’s pub if you like a good home cooked meal. We would hands down recommend this to everyone and would love to stay here again! »

The home was built by a rich person in the late 1800-time frame. But, it's like a morgue once breakfast is over. The town it's in is very quiet also. Everything closes at 20:30 or 21:30. When you leave the town be prepared to drive up into mountains or manage driving down said mountain. Locals drive faster than...
