'Het hotel heeft een mooie entree maar je kan pas om 1600 uur inchecken. Ze staan wel al om 10 uur op je kamerdeur te kloppen of je al weg bent (11 uur uitchecken), Veel geluid vh verkeer wat je in je kamer hoort. Ontbijt $30 pp is niet heel bijzonder. Ik vond de prijs/kwaliteit niet waard '

'De ontvangst was niet fijn: we kregen een andere kamer omdat onze grotere kamer, een huis voor 4 personen, overboekt was. Na fors aandringen kregen we alsnog de geboekte en betaalde kamer. Deze was uitstekend, een prachtige nette kamer, wat meer leek op een penthouse met loft. Het ontbijt was niet wat je van een dergelijk hotel mag verwachten. Er was te veel op en werd matig aangevuld. Ons verblijf was verder prima! Mooie omgeving en heerlijk rustig, ondanks de vele bezoekers.'

'We were staying in the area and liked the options they have, nice little clean kitchenette and 3-4 grills out near the pool area, we took advantage of using these and had home cooked meals, saving money and eating good food. The staff was friendly and very helpful, we got some quarters stuck in the washing machine and they came right away and got it figured out for us. 'Top personeel, altijd vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Fijne locatie, omgeving voelt veilig. Handig dat er een ruimte is met wasmachines en drogers die je goedkoop kan gebruiken. Op de kamer koelkast en magnetron, alleen jammer dat je alleen koffiepad machine hebt en geen mogelijkheid om water te koken (thee). De kamers zijn netjes maar niet supermodern (maar hoeft ook niet voor mij)'

'After taking shower, water in bathtub took a day to empty. Dirty water was just in tub. We went to inform front desk and they indicated they did not have anyone to fix until day we check out. We always had to wait for someone to come to front desk if we needed to request anything. Also there was no instruction we had to throw our own garbage. Signs to designated garbage was not easily visible. The hallways always smelled of garbage and rotten food.'

'Facility is a bit shabby; they are currently restructuring. They serve breakfast, but what they serve does not fit in the description "breakfast", unless you consider a granola bar and weak coffee as such. So you prepare your own breakfast and coffee. For that purpose you can obtain a kitchen kit. Had to ask for it 3 times. No new towels and cleaning when you stay less than 7 days. You can get clean towels at the front desk though. 'La estancia fue excelente, en todos los Aspectos. Sin embargo, el tamaño de las habitaciones es adecuado a máximo 1 o 2 personas, que viajan sin maletas. 'Easy to find parking in the lot, and the hotel is right next to the 405 on-ramp! The lobby is gorgeous, and I even saw a bride and groom taking pics one day. The guys at the front desk were always helpful and friendly. The room was quite large, too. It is an older hotel and has an A/C unit in the wall under the window, but it cooled off the room nicely. 'The price is way too high for what you get. I know it’s near the beach in a big city, but in all other aspects it’s just another holiday inn, which is fine, but I do have issues with the cost per night.'
