Les points faibles : Propreté, communication, exactitude de l’annonce
We stayed here in July.
When we arrived the water heater was turned off.
We turned it on to get hot water but it didn’t work.
Property manager kept telling us they would fix it and eventually a technician turned up after 3 days and told us they couldn’t fix it.
We stayed 3 days with no hot water and have been waiting for our refund for over 3 months.
They knew the heater was broken but still allowed us to move in. Disgraceful
