'My room was not clean upon checking in. You have to sit dirty towels outside your room door in order for housekeeping to offer to clean your room. I had to specifically ask for the bathroom to be cleaned as I was told by housekeeping that wasn’t typically an area they cleaned each time the room was cleaned. 'Bugs in the room one on my pillow. No drawers closet no iron or ironing board. Noice above me kids jumping. Doors slamming. Horrible customer service. When I took the pillow to the front desk the man accused me of basically trying to get out of paying for my stay! $150 is nothing. I’d payed more and received better at other hotels (Hyatt, Hilton, Marriott). I told him this is a motel not a hotel! He said said the description of what was in the room was on the details/amenities. Not true. Only...

'Hotel look like the one out of the scary movies . the air filter was so nasty I ask the person at the desk for a new one he said they didn't have any and to take the one out the air condition in the lobby. the elevator worn down feel like its going to stop on you at any minute. the floors was so dirty like they haven't been mopped in a while. and I had to get more sheets and pillow cases, and also had to clean the tub and wipe down everything. just looked deserted.'

'There were a lot of children there during my stay and it was very chaotic in the pool/hot tub area, so we were not able to enjoy ourselves. This was also true for the dining area during breakfast and dinner. I did ask a staff member who I could talk to about enforcing the hot tub rules about not having children under 5 use it. 'I was very impressed how clean everything was. Our cottage, the Rv spaces all of the property was in excellent condition. The staff was friendly and informed us of activities they had for each day we were there. I would strongly recommend it. Great place to stay for a family get away. '

'Good freshly cooked breakfast. Good parking lot. Room was nice but handles in the bathroom were a little loose so dat could be dangerous. Remote for the shades didn’t work and even after complaining twice about it at the frontdesk they did not resolve the issue. They told us that maintenance had resolved it but it wasn’t. So we had to sleep our entire stay with open shades and privacy'

'It was a good stay. However, when I woke up at 3am to check my phone that’s when I realized that my phone was not charging. No plugs that was around the bed worked. Nor did the lights around the bed work. I called guest services and the lady was nice about it but only offered for me to change my room at 3am. Which was not feasible for me. However, after going around the room. I found 2 plugs that worked.'
