'The staff was very kind and professional. There was so much that stood out as excellent. check in was fast. I was surprised at a few simple points for all the big amazing presentation. Smart eco choice for halls with no air con. No hand soap in bathroom, was told had to “ask” for it. I would assume cleanliness after using facilities would be essential. 'The hotel is situated just a short walk down the road from an amazing night market for food, and another ten minutes walk and you can be at the seafront with a very long beach and beautiful sunset views. You're within 20 minutes or so walking to the gate for the old town, and Songkhla lake. The hotel is in a bustling area but is very clean and calm.
A real highlight of the hotel is the staff. They are all very kind and always greet you warmly when you come back from exploring.
