'There was a problem with the listing, we booked this trip 8 months in advance and we did not receive an accurate confirmation from Grand Welcome with # of bedrooms, just the name of the condo. I have stayed at this exact place several times in the past without any issue but never used Grand welcome nor Hotels.com to book this specific location. The listing at the time of the booking said 3 bedrooms, when we got to the property and checked in they gave us a local host phone # to contact as now...

'The room was amazing plenty of space, n everything you need is in there. BUT, the room had Roaches yes Roaches. Couldn’t sleep for 2 nights due to roaches crawling on us at night. Also, not like other resorts we gone, there is no staff walking by in case you need your room clean'
