'The staff were some of the best anywhere. I booked for 8 days over the 4th of July and knew it would be busy. The property was still under renovation so a lot of issues were being addressed. Normally this could of been a horrible situation but the staff worked tirelessly to make the best of a challenging situation. The location was fantastic, on the beach, near walking distance to plenty of great restaurants and shops. Valet was fast and efficient and were in overdrive to handle lots which...

'Be careful when booking this property they run a scam at the front desk where they take your credit card and tell you they’re gonna charge you for incidentals what they really do is use it to charge your resort fee and also a parking fee people that use third-party booking agencies, Expedia, etc. be extremely careful because many times Expedia will absorb the cost of those fees in your total bill and this property likes to double charge you for that also the villas are moldy and stale and the...

'Room kind of dated didn’t look as good as in the pictures. Resort fee little high. Views of ocean very nice. Pool was very nice. Easy access to the ocean beach. Parking also good.'

'We will be back. Close to beach access. Beach was great! Ocean view on patio and from one window. The pool was a little dirty, but it was fine. The only that would make it better would be another chair and some lamps in the living room. Also, bring trash bags. We only had the one in the can. I did not have any interaction with staff, because we did not have any problems.'

'There is a lack of information on the location of the beach & the swimming pool which was 1.3 miles away from the condo.
Gate & pool codes were not needed. The kitchen supplies were good, except a cutting board was missing. The TV & washing machine did not work for us, but luckily a repair guy was sent over & fixed it for us.'
