'Perfecte kamer. Stil, ruime badkamer, mooie douche, .... Goed ontbijtbuffet. Spijtig dat de 2de morgend dat we er waren er maar 1 persoon voor het ontbijt kwam zorgen. En die man kreeg het werkt niet gedaan. En dus, bvb geen fruitsap meer, de eiere waren ook op (maar werden dan nadien toch nog eens aangevuld). Koffie moest je vragen, maar die man had zoveel werk dat je uit compassie met hem toch maar niets vroeg. Echt een schoonheidsfout, de eerste morgend verliep alles wel goed, dankzij...

'Loved this hotel! Staff super friendly and competent! Helped with luggage as no cars allowed inside main city gate. Hosted happy hours with apertifs and first glass wine complimentary! VIP upgrade room was amazing with soaking tub, balcony and domed stone ceiling! The Room was also very quiet & peaceful! The breakfast was sumptuous and well staffed!'

'This is an incredible property in a wonderful location. The hotel is tastefully decorated with beautiful art. There are several areas for relaxation. The room was comfortable and well appointed. Staff was extremely helpful and made great recommendations for dinner and entertainment.'

'This was a last minute booking on our part and it turned out to be an excellent choice. A good location within easy walking distance to the old town. The staff were really helpful and knowledgeable, helping us navigate parking on our trip to Lecce, making sure we took umbrellas with us which they provided. They gave us restaurant recommendations and other useful info. Breakfast was varied and really tasty. All in all this hotel is a bit of a gem!'

'We had a nice stay. Location is great. Breakfast area is a bit outdated. During check-out we were surprised to pay (eur18) for the changes of towels. This was not explained during check-in, but seems that a notification was in the room. At the end we did not have to pay. I believe the hotel should communicate better for such costs (or even better not to charge guests for such things).'
