'I booked this hotel because there is a free airport shuttle. Mentioned on the website and in Expedia. But I waited almost an hour and no shuttle! Only from the the to the airport and only in the morning?! Why is that not mentioned??
I send a few messages via Expedia to the hotel and never got an answer back!
Very bad!
Hotel so big and my room was ready, but you only get the key at 16:00…

'Great views on Kobe port tower and the mountains. Beautiful hotel but do not expect to check-in earlier than 3pm. They are very strict and will not let you go to your room before the official check-in time even though there were some rooms ready. Also you need to store the luggage yourself without any help from the staff in their baggage room. Location and surroundings of the hotel are beautiful and breakfast buffet is extensive'

Right next door to Harborland malls for shopping and food. Ten minutes walk to JR and local lines.

Our stay at the Daiwa Roynet Hotel in Kobe had both positives and negatives.
Positives:
• Check-in went smoothly and the reception staff were very nice.
• The room was very spacious and included a massage chair.
• The location was excellent, right in the center and just a few minutes’ walk to the station.
• The bed, bathroom, and toilet were clean.
Negatives:
• Unfortunately, we were given a smoking room despite having two small children. It was not possible to change rooms.
