'Great room! Most hotel staff was super sweet with the exception of just a few. All the maids were amazing as always. Power went out last night/morning we were there. Had to use single elevator with no lights to get down to lobby. No shower no tv no lights. Overcharged for parking. Had to spend time to get my money back which is super inconvenient. '
