« Room was fine, bedding was clean, but there was human hair on the bathroom floor shelf under the sink, it was dusty and just didn’t feel clean. Another guest was given keys to our room and entered while we were there making an awkward situation for both us. The desk attendant did call to apologize and was very nice about it. Overall it was fine for the price but I probably would not stay there again. Maybe we were given and different level of clean because we had a dog with us but pet hair is...

6.2 sur 10, (1 233 avis)
« As we enter, we see that the mirrors and picture windows are dirty, the floor is sticky, our shoes stick to the floor in the bedroom. In the dining room, at breakfast, no one wipes the tables.
We've reserved 2 rooms. In one of them, the bathroom door didn't close all the way. When it came time to shower in the morning, our friends discovered that the tap was broken and it was impossible to take a shower.
