'One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...

'Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. '

'It's run by a crook
He's not below scamming clients.
I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else.
The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy.
He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could.
Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't...

'Buen lugar, bonito entorno

'The good:
- Staff were very friendly and fun.
- Convenient location (between the Huilo-Huilo Lodges and the main gate).
- Cheaper than the main HH lodges but you can still eat there.
The so-so:
- Breakfast is served late (9 am) and they are not really ready then either.
- If you are leaving early a breakfast is made available but is very poor.
- Internet was only only in the lobby building and of moderate speed.
The bad:
- Rooms were very cold and hear must be turned off during...
