'Do not go here. Terrible service, bad food, tiny run down roomes that come apart (shower fixtures falling down etc.). We had to give back the food as its was so bad. Customer service did not help at all - no discount provided. This place may have been good 10+ years ago. No upgrades to any of the dirty old furniture since then. Today it is a dump. '

'O lugar é mesmo mágico e a natureza contribuí muito para a experiência. O quarto é aconchegante e limpo, com boa calefação - no quarto, o ponto de melhoria, no entanto, é que as cortinas não cobrem toda a janela; ou seja, tão logo amanhece, o quarto fica super claro e atrapalha bastante o sono. Ademais, só tem duas opções de jantar para todo o complexo que reúne três hotéis, dessa forma sem reservar é impossível jantar. No único dia que não reservamos, tivemos uma péssima experiência de...

'En general la cabaña cumple sin embargo son muy heladas los que las hace ser poco acogedoras, no aconsejo ir en invierno…si bien nos esperaron con la estufa a Pellet prendida la cabaña no estaba temperada y la primera noche pasamos mucho frío. Por el precio creo se puede buscar mejor opción.'

'It's run by a crook
He's not below scamming clients.
I made the reservation in the morning, when I arrived in the afternoon, it showed that it was for the following month. Had to book somewhere else.
The next day I tried to cancel the reservation, 24 hours after the booking, 30 days prior to the reservation. He wouldn't let me, as It was policy.
He took 4 days of rent from me, just because he could.
Expedia let him do it. I talked to Expedia, and they said I was right, it shouldn't be, didn't...

'La cabaña es cómoda y muy limpia. El único tema qué hay 3 perritos y cuando ingrese uno me rayo el auto porque se encaramó en el vehículo. El dueño de la cabaña quedó en hacerse cargo así que todo bien. Pero la verdad no fue un buen momento'

'One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. I tried booking the additional night through the hotel website but it was not working, so I ended up booking it through Hotels.com. The next day when I visited the reception to make sure the reservation was extended, the lady mentioned I needed to do the check out...
