'The staff at the front desk was NOT friendly or accommodating but the cleaning staff were very nice and friendly. There were two laundry rooms in my building and BOTH were out of service. We had to walk two buildings over. We had the give view suite so we had a lotWe stayed 4 nights and the suite with kitchen. The first few nights seemed fine but we saw small roaches the 3rd night - but they did send someone to spray immediately. What saved the entire trip was the amazing view and literally...

'We checked in late at night and when we arrived there were two women working the counter but only checking in one person at a time. So I had To wait because the person in front of me didn’t have a reservation and was trying to get one. Second, the room was falling apart. Literally! The beds, the floors and the walls were all falling apart. The air conditioning never really kicked on and we were hot all night long. Breakfast was mediocre at best and the staff wasn’t wearing gloves at all to move...

'My family stayed two nights for a graduation trip for my son this past weekend. The stay started off great, the lady who checked us in was very helpful in making sure my two rooms were on the same floor, the hotel itself was very clean and amenities where great, however the second day was not so great!

'Hotel was prima. Hoewel de inrichting wat ouderwets aandoet was alles toch vrij nieuw en schoon.
Er wordt gevraagd naar milieu vriendelijkheid. In Amerika lijkt dat nergens zo te zijn. Airco’s staan vaak onnodig aan en er wordt overal weggooi materiaal voor het eten en drinken gebruikt. '

'This is one of the BEST resorts I've ever stayed. We arrived early, about 11 a.m., and we were able to get our parking pass and pool pass and able to enjoy ALL amenities until our room was ready. The bar, pool and restaurant were all on point. Very Clean and staff was "Chick-fil-A" Happy Attitude and Helpful in EVEY way. Definitely stay here again in the near future.'
