'When we got there to check in, my kids were talking about the pool and excited to go swimming, got the room key went and changed, got down to the pool and it was closed and drained. Would've been nice for them to say something prior to check in, considering they heard my kids talking about swimming. They did refund my money, but with an attitude.'

'I had 9 of my grandchildren and myself in a 2 bedroom king suite. There was space for everyone to sleep. I loved waking up and looking out at the water and Cincinnati. The kids enjoyed the pool.'

'This was like the Bollywood knock off versions of a La Quinta Inn. I had no idea that Wyndham had bought La Quinta. I should’ve known if it’s a Wyndham property it will be rundown, half fixed, dirty, and gross.
They were supposedly doing renovations, but the renovations that I saw were like handyman going wrong.
Where should I start? The elevator wasn’t working, the first trim we get into smell like cigarette smoke, they got us a new room, but it was on the third floor, which was annoying...

'The hot tub was not hot at all the jumpers didn’t work pool was dirty! The whole property was just filthy and nasty hand prints and smudges all over the elevator rooms were not cleaned properly bathroom was disgusting'
