'Hotel has seen better days. The rooms and public areas could do with a fresh-up. Especially the doors to the wet areas (toilet, bathroom). Our room was difficult to lock as that needed maintenance too. The staff was not able to fix it during our stay. Good and comfortable beds though. Breakfast area was huge so a big buffet to choose from but no egg station. No breakfast menu or freshly made coffee or tea available, only a machine. '

'Het raam van onze kamer op de begane grond ging niet dicht, de hendel zat los. Iedereen kon zo naar binnen stappen. Direct gemeld, er zou iemand komen kijken. Niet dus. De medewerker bij de receptie heeft een geheugen als een goudvis, 5 minuten na je klacht is hij je alweer vergeten. De toiletrolhouder was afgebroken. In plaats van een nieuwe op te hangen stonden er losse rollen, onverschilligheid. Schimmel op de ramen. Hotel ligt aan een drukke weg, je kan nergens heen lopen.'

'Perfect breakfast, hotel looks really nice! We had small room. This room had some issues: - very hot, even with window open and 13 degrees outside - bed is rather short - side table is close to your head when sleeping. place your pillow in the corner not to heard yourself.
