'I always get a great rate when I book here, and it’s usually very clean upon check in. But the last room I was in had bugs in it. I took a picture of one of the smaller bugs I saw. And I was told that housekeeping doesn’t clean but only like every 4-5 days. That is disturbing and unsanitary. I had to go and get clean towels when I needed them because they don’t clean every day. And usually when I’m there, I’m there for 3-4 days each trip.'

'Room was clean, slight smell which seemed to be coming from the ac unit. Water doesn’t get very hot, slightly more than lukewarm at best. Staff helpful, breakfast decent, parking readily available. Overall a decent value for a short stay. FYI-No daily house keeping.'

'Overall, we had a pleasant stay. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the hotel was conveniently located near shopping centers, restaurants, and other amenities. It was also very easy to find and access.
There are a few areas that could be improved. The mattress protector and bedding could have been a bit cleaner, and the room could have had a fresher, more pleasant smell. Also, the water temperature was not always as comfortable or consistent as expected.

'On arrival, my room had a heavy bleach smell in the room, the floors were sticky, and television did not work. I requested a room change and it was drab and patches in the wall where repairs had been made. Bed frame had old springs which screeched when you sat on it.'
