« J'avais une réservation pour le 21 juillet de 13h00 à 14h30, j'ai reçu un message comme quoi ils avaient un problème avec ma carte (faux, et j'ai réservé 10 jours à l'avance), ils ont annulé ma réservation à la dernière minute, ils ne me donnent pas de solution et la réception raccroche mon appel alors que je les appelle pour trouver une solution. C'est un abus, c'est irresponsable, c'est une arnaque. »

« Durch die Bilder hatten wir schon eine Vorstellung. Die Wirklichkeit war dann viel schöner. Schon die Ankunft einzigartig. Ca. 8 Frauen aus den Dorf waren extra gekommen um uns zu begrüßen. Der große Aufenthaltsraum ganz schattig und von leichten Wind durchflutet. Auch ein paar Kolibris kamen dazu. Die Ausstattung sehr einfach. 3 Tische, Bänke dazu und 2 Hängematten. In der Küche wird auf einer Feuerstelle gekocht. Die Zimmer einfach ein Bett, Matratze und Moskitonetz. Die Wände sind aus...

« Hôtel médiocre à fuir le weekend car extrêmement bruyant les chambres sont défraîchies et la literie défoncée Point positif les patrons du restaurant sont charmants mais leur personnel pas très agréable Au vue des prestations le prix est bien trop élevé »

« Upon checkin, greet guests with amenities first, not rules or what they can't do. Just something I noticed. Nice clean grounds, pool, and peer. Room though small, was sufficient for the night. Slept well and loved the hammock. Again, clean grounds. »

« Don’t go expecting a resort and you will thoroughly enjoy yourself. The Guna that run the island are all warm, friendly, helpful. Great snorkelling tours and beautiful clean water. The accommodations are very simple but comfortable. Shared bathroom that was kept very clean. A great place to get away from it all. The ride through the mountain was very potholy and winding so if you get carsick definitely come prepared. »

« 29/22 i stay with my family for three nights and 4 days the beds are not comfortable and the fan doesn't work the bathroom need cleaning, the worst part is the sandflyies we got bitten all over our bodies, the owners can do better with proper new nets and fan and maybe spray the place, after the first night we want to leave so bad. The island is not so bad its peaceful and claim but after the bites we could take it we were prepared with bug spray but it was not enough for the bugs. The island...

« wonderful eco lodge in the forest. Easy to reach by car, just on the main road. Paths to walk, excellent meals. A very good option if you need to relax before and after visiting Sab Blas, but worth the trip on its own, beautiful landscape. »

« I liked the modern payment system that was used for booking the trip, the food was great, the location was as described. I disliked the communication with the reseller this booking goes through. They dropped the ball on communicating pickup time and itinerary confirmation, even when i tried calling and emailing them. I also disliked the value of what you get with this trip. Id expect better cleanliness and standards for this trip. I also disliked when the staff on the island said i needed to pay...
