'My room 203 was perfect and the staff was very helpful. I was there with my 4 year old granddaughter and she liked the pool. We spent most of our time at Asante hospital with my other granddaughter, who is fighting leukemia so it was nice to be somewhere warm and safe at night. Thank you'

'Love HIE. Room was good sized, very clean. Excellent bathroom - mirror with integrated lite was the absolute best I've ever seen in a hotel room. Could actually check my shave, unlike almost every other hotel. Good linens. Downside: Lots of lights all over the place. Nightlights, etc. Prefer a dark room.'

'They do allow pets. I was in a non-pet room without a pet. The room was really clean. Everything in the room is well taken care of and cleaned the fridge the microwave all of it they clean the tub the toilet, the counters really well the decor and the paint job was offset and very pretty, and they even have art in the room'
