The staff were super nice and helpful (Juliette was my favorite). My diabetic dog had an accident in the room and the staff was super helpful and understanding. My boyfriend‘s dad at one point called the hotel and requested that we had champagne delivered to our room for our birthdays. The general manager went out and picked up...

« Only stayed a nite while visiting Glacier National Park. It was great to have free shuttle pick-up from the Kalispell airport to the hotel & from hotel to Amtrak at Whitefish if you're travelling from GNP west end to east side without a car. Free breakfast with some hot option to start your day was a wonderful touch especially since there's no restaurant close by. Staff was friendly & helpful. »

« Room was nice- older but nice. There were a few little things that needed to be maintained (lock on patio door was broken)
No central AC in room so there was a portable unit. We stayed for 4 nights but never had our room cleaned unfortunately.
It was nothing fancy, but quiet and provided what we needed. »
