« My partner and I stayed in the stone barn self contained unit and it was lovely. the mattress was so soft and we had more than everything we needed for a wonderful getaway. the staff were excellent and the food was great. I would definitely go again either for visiting bath or the surrounding villages, the location is beautiful. The only issue was that there appeared to be a bit of a woodlice issue in the bathroom, the rooms were very clean but they must be finding their way through somehow »

« Ann and Colin were perfect hosts. So warm and friendly and even left a welcome basket full of thoughtful treats. Flat is so much better than the pictures portray. Spacious and equipped with everything you need for a stay in the area. Highly recommend. Very convenient for all the new forest walks. The grounds are delightful and the garden is stunning. Nice little area to sit and enjoy the sun. Although the flat is joined to the flat we felt we had privacy. Thanks again for a lovely stay....

« Very clean & well presented. The weather was very cold for time of year & the flat was chilly. It would have been nice to have been able to turn heating on or have a background heater. The flat would benefit from a runner or rug or two to give a more cosy vibe. Very nice touch to have milk, bread & home made jams for breakfast. Overall a very good stay & I would return. »

« A successful and flexible holiday rental. Plenty of room. Older family members found the staircases more of a challenge because the treads were not of even depth and quite steep. »

« We had a wonderful time staying at this property. It truly added to our vacation in Southwest England. The location in town, architecture and decor were delightful. The only thing is, the entrance is very close to moving traffic on the round about. I would highly recommend this property. »

« Cute property, great layout for 2 people, very quiet. It is a bit out of the center of things. Not a big deal in good weather but when pouring rain at night it is a slog. Groceries nearby, super friendly pub next door - but you don’t hear it in the flat. Motion detector lights out front go out very fast and the place could use a bit of refurbishing. But overall a pleasant stay! »

« What a lovely property, full of character. The owners couldn't do enough for us and were very friendly. Each bedroom has an en suite. The lounge, dining area and well equipped kitchen were perfect for the 10 of us to cook and eat together. We walked into Bradford upon Avon (10-15 mins) which was a beautiful town and so easy to get the train into Bath. Thank you! »

« Lovely apartment, very spacious, clean and everything you need. Plenty of quality towels and the kitchen has everything. Parking was excellent. A great pub near by and excellent Italian restaurants also. The town is small but has supermarkets nearby in a short walking distance »
