Bon séjour en famille. Hôtel un peu excentré mais situé sur les bords du Danube et accessible en transports en commun (5 min à pied du métro U2). Petit-déjeuner : très bien achalandé et très varié. Dîner : restaurant pour le dîner. Personnel : très gentil et serviable. Une bonne expérience.

Disappointed
The hotel is how to say.... Hilton..... Or Hiltong . First of all, We booked the room with Baby bed, Of course, when we arrived there was no baby bed. We wanted to drink something for the fridge. The fridge is empty. The beds are separated even though we asked for a King size. We were looking for the slippers, There's no slippers in the room. You should be careful when you go to the restroom. A small role of paper toilet. You have to ask for Another one. The shower Could be nice... If the pressure would be sufficient, It's almost impossible To regulate the temperature. It is too hot or it is too cold. Even the phone in the room Is not working. The parking Is Also Very specific. If you have an electric car, you have to pay A fee of more than 10 Euro over the cost of the electricity on the top of 26 EUR for the parking. The Restaurant is average A simple salad cost more than 20 Eur. It is for sure Not that the level of Hilton. It is Far away from the center. Nothing around. In short :Disaster.

Beaux volumes et belles prestations à prix accessible pour le niveau de standing mais au prix d'un relatif isolement de l'hôtel en bord de Danube dans la proche banlieue résidentielle de Vienne. Le quartier est moche mais là station de métro Wien Stadion est à 5mns. Il faut changer de métro à Praterstern pour arriver en centre ville (15mns de métro). Chambres côté Danube avec belle vue dégagée. De l'autre côté la vue est affreuse.

Disappointed, pool in the shade, wifi fee
Disappointment ! We had chosen this hotel for its pool+terrace with the intention to relax, basking in the sun, after several days walking in Budapest and Vienna. But unfortunately, we were kind of fooled by the hotel's pictures, because you hardly get sun at the pool after noon : the whole area gets in the shade of the building ! What a disappointment as we checked in at ... 3pm ! Then, all the other inconvenients of this hotel pop up : - it's really isolated, in the middle of a not-so-great area, with no nearby cafes or restaurants : so need to get a cab (return cost 30€) to go back to city center - Wifi fee : yes !! Hilton dares charging you for in-room wifi while even 1* pensions offer it for free nowadays - surprising choices for the room at this claimed level : WC is not separate, soundproofing is not great (you'll likely hear your neighbors), no second door to improve isolation from noise coming from corridor, no curtain to separate beds in what is presented as a family room, and speaking about curtains they hardly block the light so bring your mask - breakfast buffet super expensive : 19 or 26e ! Rather grab a cab to go to Vienna center and enjoy a cheaper brunch To stay on a positive note : yes fortunately, the rooms themselves are spacious, comfortable and clean, as you would expect from such a hotel chain But overall, apart from someone attending a tradeshow at the nearby Wien Messe, maybe, I don't see who I could recommend this hotel to

At first we thought getting to Vienna was going to be inconvenient, but the public transportation network and taxi service from the hotel was easy. Ask about where the U2 purple line is and purchase your ticket for up to 72 hours and then validate the the ticket and keep it with you and then you will have access to metro, trams and buses anywhere in Vienna. This hotel is right on the Danube and overall we had a great experience.

The rooms were excellent except for the fact that the hot water was temperamental. Early morning you could have a hot shower with low pressure but later in the day the water was tepid and had low pressure. Meeting room was too warm and the catering In the restaurant was the same everyday. I was there for 5 days and it became predictable and boring. Also too far from city centre and nothing to do around the hotel despite it being on the river.

Their computer system was down, and the staff were not prepared because of their lack of teamwork manifested by confusion and apparent signs of trying to avoid customers when asked about storing their suitcases. Poor customer service!

This is a very good hotel that I am happy to return to each time I am in Vienna. The rooms are large, the beds are very comfortable, and they also provide a nice desk to work at, which is important to me when I travel for business. The breakfasts are also really good!

Really clean and spacious - I was there in March but would love to see it in the summer with the space out on the river and Danube views. Rooms were really big, staff were helpful. Great value for money
