« We have various incidents in this place, i wont recommended staying here. For example, the a/c didn't work , it took almost 4 days to resolve this issue. Secondly, the shower had no water pressure at all. The reception moved us to another apartment and it got worse, the bathroom sink was leaking and the entire bathroom got flooded, the a/c unit had this weird smell very unacceptable. I wont recommended staying here, management never took care of my issues poor communication. »

« Love that it was very close to the beach and little markets around the corner. Restaurants are easily accessible here and the area is quiet as well. AC came in very handy as it is very humid in this area. The power went out one afternoon but it was able to come back on after couple hours (not uncommon for power to go out). « Let me first say that we had an amazing time in San Andres. Sandra, who is your main contact there, was amazing and so helpful. We speak Spanish, so that was not an issue; I don't know how well she speaks English as we never communicated that way. However, she attended to all our needs and directed us to a fantastic stay. « We spent two weeks with Julio and loved it. He was very helpful, always attentive to our needs. Just a few blocks to the South there are beautiful quiet beaches. The mass transit stops . The place has a functioning washer and a powerful AC in every room. It was very clean and comfortable. I'd definitely come back if I were to visit San Andrés again. »

« It was nice to be welcomed by Ricky at the airport to walk to the apartment which is just less than 500 meters away. The beach is about 10 minutes on foot and the shop to fill up drinking water is on the other side of the street which is super cool when you have to fill a big bottle for your week’s consumption. "Grande chambre spatieuse et comfortable avec vue sur la mosquée et la mer, belle piscine sans vue .Check in fastidieux, la restauration et le petit déjeuner ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing voulu ( mauvais café, couverts help yourself dans un récipient plastique de cuisine ).Politique " visiteurs" de bandits, chambre réservée pour 2 personnes ,finalement je suis seul mais ensuite mon " visiteur" paye 250.000 cop ! + le bar pour 2h ! Rien à voir avec la sécurité ( il est enregistré) ..."
