Ok hotel for spending all day at the park, but not a hotel I’d necessarily return too unless SUPER deal. Not anywhere near the same standards as Newport or the Disneyland Hotel.
Breakfast was VERY basic with dry waffles and not much choice compared to the previously mentioned hotels.
The rooms are very oldish, bathrooms also (same layout as the Newport hotel, but very boring colors and deco…). The hair dryer is from I don’t know which century, and it’ll take you 40mins to dry your hair if you have long hair! (And will probably consume wayy too much electricity than a modern one which would take 3 times less time to use). Especially since the shower head “calculates” how much water you consume… you’d think they’d also get better hair dryers.
I did ask house keeping if they had spare/modern ones, but they do not.
Oh and the “bag-carrier” which we used when we arrived, was still in the corridor 2 days later when we left…
Electric outlets for charging phones are not beside the bed either, so not very well planned.
The rooms are faaaaaaar from the reception/breakfast, and outside walk.
The national park theme is great, so they could make the hotel a bit nicer considering what it costs to stay there. Outfits of receptionists are great and in the park ranger theme, so that is excellent!
I’d actually rather stay in a non-Disney hotel, than in this one…
One big plus point: The service is excellent though, like everywhere at Disney! Everyone is super friendly and lovely!
