« Great property all around! Ideal location close enough to the pier but far enough for exclusive beach access that is not crowded. It was a great experience for children under 2 - 10 years old. « The refrigerator makes a knocking noise throughout the day and night, we turned off the icemaker, and it didn’t stop the knocking noise. And you mentioned the walls are very thin, so it’s easy to be woken up in the middle of the night by partier. the rest of our stay was fabulous. We loved the view and the easy access to the beach, and would recommend the unit to others. »

« This property should not ever be rented to family of 8. You are renting the top level of a unit and the property manager will threaten to put you out and charge your card. Regular living noise ( walking, talking, etc) bothers the downstairs neighbor. »

There were cleanliness issues and when they text me to inquire about the cleanliness ,I was told there were supplies to clean with and I could replenish them if needed . Not good . The kitchen utensils were spares so we purchased disposable . Minimal extra bedding that did not seem clean . « This condo is in a beautiful part of Newport Beach and is right on the sand. The condo was spotless and had loads of towels and beach towels for us. This was a girls trip with five of us and we had plenty of room. The condo is very nicely appointed and has the extra benefit of a parking spot in a secured garage. George, the owner, is fabulous! we will definitely come back! »

« The unit is original and not as stating , “newly remodeled.” The hot water took so long be available . The lights are flickering like a haunted house. Water leak from the shower door. The Internet cannot be connected to both our cell phones, but only to our laptop. The place is very small and is only suitable for the couples without kid or kids. The location, the price and pet friendly were the reasons for me to pick this rental. Be aware of the hidden fees. »

« Aucun accueil à l arrivé. Les codes d entrée sont donnés via email, donc si vous êtes en voyage sans téléphone... Établissement sale dans les parties communes. Notamment la laverie. Pas de wifi contrairement à la fiche établissement. Pas ou peu de parking, une vraie difficulté de trouver une place. La porte de la douche ne tient pas en position fermée. Le lavabo de notre chambre était bouché. En revanche l appartement est idéalement placé à Newport Beach. »
