L'hôtel à l'arrivée et wouah , mais ne vaut pas le prix et ne représente pas un 5 étoile , Les chambre son banal , pas de baignoire douche avec eau très longue à chauffer (et pas bouillante !) Le personnel de plage et piscine pas agréable pour avoir un transat , de plus les je pence que des personnes extérieur peuvent accéder à l'établissement ( certain non pas de bracelet ) Et surtout pas agréable avec l'es touriste qui ne parle pas la langue locale Mésaventure désagréable a la piscine des enfant , mon fils (8 ans ) ces fait frappée par un autre les parents ont été très agressive j'ai dû appeler la sécurité qui n'a rien voulu savoir et me répondez uniquement en anglais nous avons du rentrer dans notre chambre un peu choqué De plus si on vient en voiture ces très long pour la récupérer (parfois 30 minute d'attente ) nous avons failli louper notre match de basket Prix exorbitant pour une qualité médiocre Enfin bref belle hôtel mais je ne recommanderai pas à mon entourage

Chambre sans frigo, avait pas de balcon , a un prix très dispendieux qui en valait pas le prix , j’ai du demander un surclassement et n’était pas satisfaite car pour un changement de chambre on me demandait 250$/nuit de plus qui était une suite pour avoir la commodité de frigo et balcon , pour finalement plus de 500$/nuit , la chambre dans la tour Versailles vu sur le toit et entendant que les grosse air climatisée, pleins de verre traînés partout dans les passages à cause les gens fêtes et on aucun respect , à part l’ambiance à la piscine et le staff du resto et bar , le reste ne vaut pas le prix … je vous déconseille la chambre de base qui a aucune commodité A un prix exagéré pour le peu que ça vaut …

Fontainebleau is a beautiful properly..its going down with dirty bathrooms in the hotel to the disguntle employees..

It is sheek, posh, you name it. For the cost and attempted status, definitively acts like a budget airline trying to squeeze cash out of every little thing. It is a simple thing to offer coffee in rooms or even tea. If you have cash to burn on unnecessarily costly things, this is your spot

The wait staff at the pool and beach were not very attentive. We had to chase them down to place orders for food and drinks. Once the food was delivered they did not come back for additional drink orders or to see if we needed anything.
