« Really nice condo for our week on Maui. We enjoyed easy beach access, the quiet community, and access to the pool. Really appreciated the smaller details like providing enough dish washer and laundry pods to last the full week. We look forward to staying here again. »

« All good with this residence. Location great grounds beautiful. Had a few minor issues with air conditioning unit as was not working properly upon arrival. It took 2 days to fix. They were diligent and resolved. Key cards kept demagnetizing and had to be replaced twice. Other than those 2 minor issues would definitely recommend. »

« Such a wonderful place for my family to stay. Loved having 3 bathrooms and all the beds were so comfortable! Cannot go wrong by staying here. No complaints only positives!! »

« Incredible view from the giant bay windows where we were able to whale watch. Huge bathroom. Well equipped kitchen. Very comfortable bed and well-decorated accommodations. Our only warning would be that if you have a serious fear of bugs and critters, choose a room that’s on a higher floor. We did have 5 cockroaches visit over our 3 day stay (and one small frog!) »

« Linda’s condo is fantastic! The location is excellent - direct access to the beach path and to the shops and easy to get to the highways to explore the other parts of Maui. The space is very large and comfortable with all the amenities you might need. I’d definitely stay here again on our next trip to Maui and recommend her place to anyone wanting to stay in Wailea. Also Linda is a fantastic host and made our stay great! »

« Property was clean, well stocked, well furnished. Location for us was ideal. The grounds of the the property were impeccably maintained and very quiet and relaxing. The condo is showing it’s age and could use some attention in some ares. There were some door handles that fell off(laundry door), were ready to fall off(entry closet),or broken(exterior of one of the sliders). Property manager was excellent with good communication. Overall we would stay again »

« Location was great with lots of pristine beaches and snorkeling spots close by. The villa itself was clean and easy to access. Some of the patio furniture was worn from the elements but that was about it. Overall a great area to stay in if you like a quiet relaxing place. »

« The property is located in an ideal location. Right in the heart of restaurants and shops. The beach is right across the street. The unit is high end. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the lanai every morning and night. »

« Walking distance to wailea beach and shops, comfortably fit 10 people. Walkable to fantastic pool as well. Only issue was a couple things were broken from tennants before us, but property manager remedied critical items. »

« This was our third stay at the Kapalua Golf Villas. As always we had a great stay. This property was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Free door to beach shuttles made it so easy to get to the beach with all our gear for snorkeling. We always cook in and the kitchen had all the necessities. We had a great view of the golf course and multiple pools close by to choose from. We only wish that our stay was longer. Looking forward to our next trip. »

« Great property, service with amazing snorkeling. Pools and exercise facility perfect. The two bedroom suite with kitchen with view to Lanai and an accordion sliding door to patio…amazing! The Royal Ka’anapali golf course was terrific as well and offers challenge for low index players. Will definitely stay here again. »

« The unit was set up very well, loved the two master setup. The location was nice. Would have liked a larger living room area, and maybe a ground level, rather than two raised garden levels. »

« Belle villa commode, cuisine complète et fonctionnelle qui nous a permis de sauver de l’argent pour les repas. Accès à la plage facile. Pas vraiment rien de déplaisant… peut-être juste le fait de devoir aller chercher le café au lobby le matin mais encore… »

« Beautiful grounds, condo starts to show its age. Stinky air conditioning that has a musty odor. Kitchen poorly equipped with very few items and those that are there are dull knifed and cisors, needs replacement. Units should provide beach equipment. Pool water in cloudy and crowded, not inviting at all.very small condo . Overall we were disappointed. »
