Agréable séjour
Très bon accueil et belle chambre avec vue sur mer conforme à ma réservation. Etablisement de charme avec un emplacement parfait pour acceder à la plage et aux activités au centre ville.

Le séjour était moyens dans l’ensemble L’hôtel est assez ancien mais jolie L’emplacement face à la mer est sympas Par contre le service de chambre n’est jamais passer en trois jours !!! Pourtant j’avais bien afficher la pancarte faire ma chambre ….

Dans l'ensemble, c'est un beau complexe, bien placé. Il y a juste quelques points a revoir: - le ménage et propreté des chambres -moyen -fait à la va vite - REPAS- peu de changement dans les buffets -trop répétitif -Salle de Fitness -appareils ne marchent pas (sur 3 tapis de marche 1 seul fonctionne)

bel hotel avec quelques petit problèmes .....
bel hotel dans une ville paisible , jolie grande chambre mais pas air conditionné alors qu'il fait 30 degrès a l'exterieur pas cool de plus j'avais réservé une chambre vue sur mer résultat on m'a donne vue sur jardin et piscine !!!! j étais furax finalement presque aucunes chambres n'a de vue sur mer toutes la vue est bouchée par les grands arbres du jardin , la propreté est nikel partout et le spa et massage est très bien meme si les prix sont excesif 90 euro le massage aie !! la nourriture est bien mais turque plutôt tajine et si vous aimez le poisson juste une sorte tous les jours et identique avec tete queue et arete bref entier juste grille pff dommage le personnel est tres gentil et souriant agréable ,le soir spectacle en plein air !!! donc boum boum jusque 1 heure du mat pas facile de dormir avant, et l'équipe d'animation fait les spectacles donc c'est plutôt " amateur " par apport au hotels voisins qui engage des danseurs et musciciens professionnels pour une 5 étoiles il y a quelque point a arranger mais dans l'ensemble c'est plutôt ok !!

Services is very bad the food is not good We purchased exclusive food and drinks . When we arrived around 6 pm the room was not available When we checked in they said not everything included. We stayed hungry all the time ! Really i want refund we stayed room all the time

Otelin imkanları, fiziki ve hizmet alanında daha iyi olma eğiliminde yapılan yenilikler vs güzel idi fakat personel konusu gerçekten sıkıntılı otelde, bazıları çok iyi çok tecrübeli ama işte ilerleyen gemiyi yavaşlatmak için uğraşan otelden daha büyükmüş gibi hatta bırakın oteli Marmaris babasının malı gibiymiş hareket eden konuşan personelin olması kötü, yine de onca iyileşme eğilimi, güzel ve kaliteli hizmet bu sıkıntıların da bir süre sonra bitirileceği izlenimi veriyor…

Otele giriş ve resepsiyondaki personel oldukça kibar ve nazikti. Seçtiğimiz odadan daha güzel bir odada uygunluk olması sebebiyle herhangi bir fark ödemeden o odayı verdiler. Temizlik olarak katımızla ilgilenen hanımefendi kusursuzdu. Her gün odayı tüm ayrıntısına kadar temizledi. Animatörler oldukça kibar ve eğlenceliydi. Otel konumu ve fiziki şartlar olarak iyiydi fakat otelin içi bile aşırı derecede sıcaktı. Açık büfeler sinek kaynıyordu ve herhangi bir önlem alınmamıştı. Klimalar yetersizdi. Her çeşit yemek vardı ama lezzetsizdi. Az çeşit ve lezzetli olmasını tercih ederim. Menünün %80 i her gün aynı olarak çıkıyordu neredeyse. Bir çok yemeğin yerini ezberliyorsunuz artık. Özellikle servis yapan ve barlarda çalışan personel insan üstü bir performansla çalışıyordu. Gece gündüz aynı personel; masa düzeninden temizliğine ,yemek-içecek servisine kadar hep aynı kişiler tarafından yapılıyordu. Emekleri için bir kez daha teşekkür ederim. İşleyiş olarak aksaklık yoktu fakat otelin konumu ve şartları göz önüne alındığında bir tık kalite olarak beklentiyi karşılamıyordu. Önceki yıllara göre de otelin kalitesinde azalma olduğunu herkes söylüyordu. Buna rağmen otel fiziki şartlarıyla ve konumuyla tüm eksikleri hafifletiyordu. Fakat otel, martı otel kalitesine yakışmayan bir şekilde işletiliyor. Plaj kısmının sadece otel müşterilerine ait olmaması 5 yıldızlı olarak hizmet veren bir otele yakışmıyor. Denize girerken aklımız sürekli eşyalarımızda oluyor.

Loved it. The staff are not enough at night on reception. The same person performs the following tasks, the customer service, room service, concierge and others. the staff everywhere is humble and sweat. However the reception staff lack some professionalism and need lots of training. The resort is highly recommended, I will come again for sure.

The only thing we didn’t like about this hotel is that we make reservation thinking it was all inclusive resort but isn’t . We end up paying much more than the rate we got on Expedia for this hotel. The room had a sea view but the AC didn’t work properly so we had a hard time sleeping . Food overall it is decent but the drinks are not cold and they don’t serve ice . Private beach on premises but don’t expect servers to give you drinks etc ( you have to walk to the hotel to get drinks or water ) we asked for room service and we never got someone to answer the phone so don’t expect good service unfortunately. They need to update this hotel especially the rooms and provide the guests a better experience . I’m from Florida USA and also spend lots of time in the Dominican Republic for Vacation and Definetly the concept of “ all inclusive “ it’s completely different .. this is not a 5 star hotel resort . They need better personal trained and if they advertise as a 5 star resort they need to raise their standards. We traveled with family ( total of 4)

This resort is a big 4 star old resort, shouldn’t be 5 stars, AC didn’t work, so they said sorry we hope your next trip will be better, also same set of shampoo unless you have to ask personally, plus no iron or ironing table and I have to pay to get it done. 1/5 Food is good but the salads and sweets parts are full of bugs cause they keep them close to the doors. 2/5 Service is good when they see you, but they are everywhere and not organized. 3/5 View and location are the best thing about his hotel, not super busy area and not dirty 5/5 I stayed in this hotel back in 2017 and it was 10 times better, this time very bad, I think it got old.

Marti -this place needs a major makeover
1. This is not a five star hotel. Maybe a 2.5? It may have been five star sometime ago but now it looks more like a historical ruin. 2. They play loud music constantly from 10am-midnight. If you need to rest during those hours, good luck. 3. The food is average. Nothing special. 4. This place needs a major remodeling. Everything is falling apart, old, and rusty.

This ia not a 5 star hotel. I would rate it at max 4 star. Room cleaning is very bad. They didn't clean our room even if we had put on the door the sign to please clean the room. After going to the reception to see whan can be done about the cleaning of the room ,they said that the staff for cleaning left and they will clean the next day. Let me say that "cleaning" for us meant new towels and that was it. Overall it had good food. Not the most various but very tasty the ones they had. Hotel staff from the bar were the only ones worth 5 star.

Two nights, too many things gone wrong
I stayed here for two nights in a room with a ‘forest view’. First of all, there is no forest view. It all burned down in a forest fire so you’ll be overlooking a charred hill. Of course they don’t tell you this, so you’ll still pay the premium. I got food poisoning from their buffet on the first night. I was throwing up all night. The next day I went to their on-site doctor who tried to refer us to a private hospital that apparently doesn’t accept travel insurance. Speaking to locals, this is a scam - the hotel takes commission for referring people to that hospital. Instead, we went to the state hospital which was closer and covered by insurance. The treatment cost 50 euros compared to the 600 the hotel was asking for. The rooms, outdoors area and beach were nice enough but a little dated. The room was mostly clean although the bed had sand in it, so it felt like it wasn’t changed properly. If you’re foreign and can’t speak Turkish, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel for its services either - the spa offered me a 90 euro discount from the treatments just because I could speak the language. I don’t normally write reviews but hopefully this is enough to tell you that this hotel should be a hard pass despite the great location and photos.

Odamız günlük temizlendi ancak konaklayan sayısı 3 te 1 olmasına rağmen diğer hizmetler yetersizdi. Bayramın 2. Günü tombala diye saçma bir etkinlik yapıp çok erken saatte programı bitirdiler. Çok hazırlıksızlardı. Hava soğuk insanlar denize, açık havuza giremiyor olduğu halde kapalı havuzun ısıtmasını 2. Günümüzde açtılar. Mini club geçen seneden kalma atıl bir durumda ve kapalıydı.
