We had a problem with the sink in the bathroom which was blocked and the personnel reacted quickly and proposed us to change room and in the new room all worked as expected. So, thank you for your reactivity.

Simple and confortable expérience in this place. Some noise from buses à bit early in the morning but nothing too bad.

Hôtel bien situé, commerces, restaurants et bars à proximité. La station de gare Victoria se trouve à environ 25/30min en métro. Chambre pas très grande mais salle de bains spacieuse. Personnel accueillant.

Once we found this hotel, we enjoyed our stay (Google sent us down the street and we had to ask a nice resident for help). It's a tall building across from the cemetery (west of the hospital, not east). Staff was friendly and helpful. It was about a fifteen minute walk to the Tooting Broadway underground station. That worked well for getting into the city center of London (we also took a bus one day, but that took longer).

Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We were in room 1 which was a disabled room and the room itself was nice with a safe and kettle facilities but the bathroom was not in the best condition and was in desperate need of an update, with a mouldy shower curtain and broken support bars.

It's clean and a good bargain if you are willing to be a little further away from central London. I booked a single, and the bed was much larger than a single (great!) but not quite as big as double. The room said it had a desk in it, but there isn't (just a note if anyone is expecting one to work on). The elevator rings/chimes quite loudly anytime anyone gets on/off on that floor which woke me up a few times, but other than that it was quiet. I slept very comfortably and had a perfectly pleasant experience.

The staff was very nice but the picture I saw were very deceptive. There was stains on the wall near the trash can, mildew residue by the shower. The remote control was greasy and to to top it off the pillow smelled like sweat

My stay was restful. The only thing I would change is putting a shelf in the shower, there was nowhere to put the shampoo or soap, and you had to open the shower door to reach them off the sick, and water would go all over the floor. The pillows were flat and had no filling. I just used 3 for 1.

I liked how close it was to St Georges Hospital within walking distance. Very quiet. Staff extremely helpful. It was very clean. The only thing I would have liked is a hairdryer, and the pillows were a little flat. I was there alone so I just used 3 pillows to make one decent one. I could have asked at reception although it was a small issue for how nice the hotel was, and how the staff had been. Very easy check in.

Cleanliness and comfort good, staff polite and friendly. I stayed in a cosy double, comfortable for just myself, would have been too cramped for one person. Not enough storage - need more hangers, drawers,and shelving in shower. Noise levels low, even though my room was near lift, and I stayed over Easter weekend. Also, had window open at night and noise low. On site restaurant would have been good, especially for breakfast.

Love that you could talk to the high street and if you wanted easy to get the bus that stops right outside, place was clean as well, also had a smart TV. However we did book a queen size bed all we got was a small double, and the room was much much smaller then expected, not really like the pictures.

Tooting neighbours
El hotel está muy bien comunicado con acceso al centro de Tooting ,al estar cercano al hospital saint georges la conexión de autobuses públicos es muy bueno, el metro de tooting Broadway andando cerca de 10 mtos de trayecto!!Si vuelvo sin dudas repetiría éste hotel

Executive room but dirty carpets
W e booked an Executive room for 2 nights these rooms are more expensive. Whilst the staff are lovely and polite the carpets in the room.need either a good clean or refurbishing. Stains all over it and not pleasant to.look at. Bathrooms very clean with required toiletries and some great free TV channels

Was really convenient for the hospital. Large room with extras like iron etc. Was very hot even with the air con turned down & you could not open the windows; shower was not warm & one of the bed frames was broken
