Bon séjour sauf que nous sommes énervés et très mécontents de la situation .Nous avons déjà rencontré pendant notre séjour, après avoir quitté l’hôtel et 2 jours après des problèmes avec notre carte de credit qui est débitée pour des montants que l’hôtel n’arrive pas à nous justifier . Tout a été payé d’avance il n’y a pas d’extras.L’hôtel ne comprend pas tout est correct dans leur système mais çela prend entre 48h-72 h pour des investigations et voir avec le manager ? Pour l’heure nous attendons des nouvelles et le remboursement. Soyez attentifs à votre compte !

Hotel avec decoration au top
Super deco, chambre très agreable et hotel tres bien placé. Buffet petit déjeuner au top. Tres propre. Des efforts a faire en termes de sustainability : des produits salle de bain dans des contenants en plastique jetables individuels, et idem pour les cereales au petit dejeuner! Et un seche cheveux qui ne fonctionne pas dans la salle de bain (incompatibilité prise).

The room, lobby, public restrooms, and restaurant/bar area were all very clean. Our room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is perfect next to other restaurants, pubs, attractions, and the underground. Will definitely be booking again!

I booked 2 rooms for myself & friends, their room was ready at 2:30, ours wouldn't be ready until 3pm which was fine. So we hung out in our friend's room and they were going to call us when our room was ready, we called the front desk at 3:30 and it still wasn't ready, so we waited another 30 minutes, and it still wasn't ready so we went downstairs at 4:30 and they just put us in another room.

What an amazing stay! My wife and I chose this hotel due to the Hilton name, it was our first time traveling abroad and wanted something familiar. This hotel far exceeded our expectations. The room was great, but the best part was the staff, especially the lobby staff. I want to give a shout out to our 2 favorite bartenders, Tan and Dani. That’s not to shortchange the other members of the lobby staff, those 2 just happened to be the ones to mostly serve us. The conversations were light and funny, the perfect way to cap off the night. When we come back to London, we will surely stay at Canopy by Hilton, as well as recommend to others. Other things to consider: -This hotel is right next to the bust station, as well as less than 1 block from Aldgate station on the metro tube line, which was very convenient. -There were water and ice stations on every floor, which was great when leaving for the day to walk around the city (10 miles) to fill water bottles on the way in and out. -The hotel also had a coffee shop that was open early, though we never stopped in, the menu looked great. -We arrived about 3 hours before normal check in time, and our room was available and ready, though this may not always be the case, it was great for us.

Lack of parking and getting to property was not easy. No space for drop off or unloading. For a $600 a night hotel; parking and drop Off experience should have been better.

I chose the hotel because Expedia review was 9.2, we got an upgrade at a lower price than what posted online which was great. But may have had an expectation too high so I was a bit disappointed at the service - service staff doesn’t greet us at all - may be a British tradition? I asked for some supplies - a trash bag, the cleaning lady was very impatient, then another day I asked for three things and it took the guy three times to get them right. Bathroom was probably updated at some Point but we see dirty grouts in the shower. On the ceiling we see lot of molded leaking marks which was too bothersome to be brought up…

Beautiful updated hotel across from Aldgate tube station. Clean and quiet. Safe and great English breakfast where staff does everything possible to make you comfortable. Thank you Viljay for upgrading our room- simply the best.
