While we do not supply bottled water in our guest rooms in a bid to reduce single use plastic, we do offer free access to the Hydration Station near reception, which dispenses filtered, magnesium-enriched, chilled and room temperature, still and sparkling water. We will ensure our reception team communicates this more effectively at check-in.

Très bonne option en transit
Accessible à pied sans sortir de l’aéroport (5min du terminal des arrivées/bien indiqué). Chambres simples mais nickel. Très bon petit déjeuner.

Terrible ! Avoid !!!
Nous avions choisi cet hotel pour une courte nuit entre 2 vols Mal nous en a pris ! Impossible de retrouver notre réservation à la réception et l équipe était aimable mis incapable de gérer la solution ni de trouver une solution Après 1h30 d attente en pleine nuit , nous avons finalement appelé hotels.com nous même , qui a su trouver la solution. Aucune compensation proposée Juste inadmissible!

Perfect hotel to stay in for travellers. The porters were very helpful and friendly however front desk reception attendees don’t smile ? The restaurant meals were excellent and affordable.

Very convenient airport hotel. Hotel a bit worn, but clean. Dining room buffet was great with a wonderful breakfast included. Very friendly staff. It was very reasonable to pay for a 3 pm checkout. Would stay here again.

Hotel is hooked right onto the O R Tambo Airport , and for travelers that has a one night stay in Johannesburg and really would like to be at the airport for your flight without the hassle of needing a taxi service or really any transportation this hotel is definitely convenient

This continues to be a an excellent airport hotel. It's not luxury but has everything you need. Excellent value for money. Super convenient for airport use. Great breakfast. Reasonably priced excellent meals for dinner. Great restaurant staff. Highly recommend. Only criticism being their processes for check in and out are a bit clunky and could be improved. That said, this seems to be typical in South African hotels.

The property was nice but the room had a few issues.The phone in the room did not work … very unsafe when you are staying in a foreign city scary no phone service in an emergency. The desk did not tell us the phones were not working. The air conditioner did not work. Guest were having a party until 1 am so after traveling 25 hours we could not sleep, The manger was alerted and we were told he would message or calll but we didn’t get a message,

When staying at Johannesburg airport I feel this is the only place to stay. They treat you well at a fair price and easily walkable from either the domestic or the international terminal.

It's part of Johannesburg airport and is an excellent option for those in transit to other destinations. We stayed here twice -- coming and going and we really appreciated the easy access, comfort, and convenience of the hotel. It's also very economically priced, at least for American travelers.

City Lodge is very convenient from the airport, always clean, nice staff, great breakfast buffet get you going before flying out. Beds and linens a little rough, starchy, but over all great place for a night.

Hotel is within the airport. This is great to keep you central and easy access to your flight. There was some noise in the corridor by other residents, this happens and I sure am an one off. Restaurant was fine and lots of offering

This is a great value for money hotel right in the airport. Great meals at reasonable prices. Modest rooms but ideal for that quick in and out. Being super critical, check in and out could be streamlined and more efficient. Wish more airport hotels around the world were like this.
