« We booked our stay here two days before checking in. On the day of we had not heard from the host. After multiple attempts to contact them, via app and phone call, it wasn’t until 45 minutes after we were supposed to check in that our reservation was cancelled due to having been double booked on another platform. Very disappointing as it left us scrambling to find somewhere else to stay. The area was nice and walkable, but a disappointing turn of events. »

« The location was great however the description of the rental unit was off a bit. It looks like the description has been updated recrntly so it seems like it will be good for future stays. Overall decent stay- would recommend pest control as we noticed ants in the bedrooms. (No food was around). Great location- easy to commute to the city. »

« -La propreté de la résidence laisse à désirer. Il y avait beaucoup de poussière, les douches n'étaient pas lavées, il y a avait des graines sur la table et le plancher n'avait pas été lavé non plus. -Lorsque nous sommes arrivés, nous n'avions pas le bon code pour entrer à l'intérieur et il a été difficile de rejoindre l'hôte. -Plusieurs équipements manquaient dans la cuisine; linge à vaisselle, essuie-main, mitaine de four, ouvre boîte et il n'y avait pas suffisamment d'ustensiles pour les 8...

« Very easy to get into the city via several bus lines. We took the bus to the Port Authority station or to the nearby PATH station for a short train ride. The house was well-appointed, and the neighborhood was quiet. Restaurants and a grocery store were all a short walk. »

Minus side: under renovation so the lobby, laundry, gym and sundries store are unavailable. Public areas are worn but usable, so it's good that they are renovating. « Bon Hotel-Appartement proche de Times Square en bus (compter moins de 10 minutes). Appartement propre et confortable, avec une belle vue sur Manhattan. Attention, pas de service de ménage quotidien, et pas de service de conciergerie ! Petite déception sur l'insonorisation générale de l'établissement, nous avons été réveillés 2 fois la nuit par des gens discutant ou déplaçant leurs valises, les murs ne sont pas épais. Séjour au global satisfaisant. »

« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in Hoboken. It was close for us to go in and out of the city and close drives to our old haunts in NJ. Place was clean, well stocked, and perfect for our family. Parking was a little challenging to find a space sometimes, but as long as you pay attention to the signs was fine. Plus having lived in the area before, we know it comes with the territory. »

"Très bon séjour dans l'appartement d'Howard. Howard est une personne disponible toujours à l'écoute. L'appartement est très bien situé à proximité de la ligne de bus 126 permettant d'accéder en 30 minutes à Times Square. Bref emplacement idéal. De plus Hoboken est un très beau quartier, avec une vue sympa sur Manhattan. Bref vous y serez très bien ! Encore merci"
