I will back up my employees by saying our GM was out with covid, but she has since returned. The phone number we have on file is incorrect. If you'd like to speak to her, please call between 8am and 2pm Mon-Fri. Our front desk staff has been questioned about this incident and has been instructed how to better deal with any similar situation in the future. We are also looking into third party sites that support us, and seeing if we can make adjustments on the description/category of that particular room at our location. Thank you for sharing your frustration over this matter. We will use this as a learning tool with all future employees, to enhance our staff service.

This happens at check-in. The payment isn't processed until you check out. It does tend to look like 2 payments but it's not. The authorization will drop off once your card company or bank drops it.
