Bonne expérience
Mis a part le fait que la nuit du 31 décembre est horriblement chère, bonne expérience dans cet hôtel excellente situation au cœur de temple bar et calme en même temps le restaurant pour le petit-déjeuner est super bonne qualité de nourriture, personnel accueil et agréable, bonne literie, j'aurais aimé avoir une couverture supplémentaire dans le placard parce que j'ai eu un peu froid.

Le réceptionniste met 10 minutes à retrouver notre réservation (alors qu'il est 2h du matin), nous obtenons une chambre avec un lit double alors que nous avions réservé deux lits simples... Un lit d'appoint arrive encore 15 minutes plus tard et il est extrêmement inconfortable !!! Hôtel très mal insonorisé et rapport qualité prix nul. Vraiment à éviter !!!

Personnel très accueillant et agréable, hôtel propre, literie agréable. Pas vraiment de problème avec le bruit lorsqu’on est côté rue car les pubs & restaurants ferment tôt (vers 23h30). Nous sommes satisfaits de cette expérience et conseillerons cet endroit. Very friendly and pleasant staff, clean hotel, nice bedding. No real problem with noise when we are on the street side because pubs & restaurants close early (around 11:30pm). We are satisfied with this expérience and will recommend this place.

Personnel très disponible souriant efficace. Isolation phonique pas a la hauteur des lieux et du repos recherché dans un hôtel de ce niveau. Ergonomie de la salle de bain et des toilettes inexistante. Douche cassée et étanchéité des parois absente d ou la marre qui se forme au sol noyant tout ce qui est au sol y compris la moquette de la chambre. Prestations de la chambre pas a la hauteur du prix de la nuit.

Bien situé mais bruyant...
Très bien situé en cœur de Temple Bar. Parfait pour visiter la ville a pieds. Hotel confortable mais un manque d'insonorisation est à déplorer entre les chambres et le couloir : de minuit à 2 heures du mat les clients alcoolisés rentrent bruyamment et poursuive pour certain le vacarme dans les chambres (notre chambre communiquait avec une autre accentuant le phénomène....)

Ideally situated and good quality hotel in the heart of Temple Bar and walking distance from everything you'd want to see or do in Dublin. Disappointing start when room I believed I had booked with 2 beds had not been reserved so ended up sharing a bed with my son.

Property is clean...has a great breakfast and bar area. Staff is amazingly friendly. The Morgan is walking distance to many popular Dublin restaurants and attractions, including shopping.

Great for nightlife eating out and entertainment all easily close by. Disappointed now no pool available. Might be an idea to do a deep clean room by room..as shower was showing signs of rushed cleaning.

Location in the Temple Bar area is very good but that means the noise level is going to be high. Hotel did nothing to try to mitigate the noise problem. Staff were not very helpful - seemed arrogant Breakfast buffet was acceptable but not really good and items were not refreshed. Would definitely not recommend.

Great hotel, lovely staff. The optional room cleaning was a bit annoying especially as you had to arrange through an app. I understand and believe hotels should go greener however, you can do this by still cleaning rooms but not changing towels and bedsheets rather than forgoing the clean altogether. We were staying with our baby so having our bed made etc. was part of the experience of being in a hotel that we had wanted. Also, having to use the app to book room service etc. is a good idea however, please commit your processes around it. We used the app to book breakfast and room service in night as directed. However after completing both transactions reception then called us on the phone. Waking the baby up! (Twice) - surely if you have the technology and direct the customer to use it the staff should be trained appropriately to trust the the app. These two things were a bit annoying. However, the hotel was overall great and the staff very helpful and friendly! Great location, right in the middle of temple bar but we slept well and were not too distracted by the noise from the street.

The hotel was in the heart of Temple Bar so there were lots of pubs, shops, and restaurants close by. The River Liffey wasn't very far away either. We walked to Dublin Castle and Trinity College. It was a great hotel and we highly recommend it.

Rooms on the front of the hotel had street noise till around 0300am. Hotel is in a great location. Room could do with a little refurb.Bathroom was grubby around the shower . Breakfast good .

Great location in Temple Bar. A hub of activity. Plenty of people walking and “partying” felt very safe. Walking distance to all major sights…Trinity College, O’Connell St. Grafton St. All National Museums. Walk to any of the many “Must See Sights” many restaurants nearby. AND, plenty of pubs!

I think my only complaint is my keycard didn’t work half the time, the elevators also didn’t work half the time, and the stairwells were filthy. But the staff were great and my room was excellent. Great location.

When we arrived at the property we waited for a very long time to get into our rooms I have a Custom Travel Company and tried this Hotel because of location since i'll be bringing groups several times a year. Unfortunately the front desk staff is not trained enough to take care of people they literally just left us sitting there and we were not the only ones. Once we received our rooms the Mgr told me that he would talk to me, still waiting on that. Hotel is beautiful but needs major staff training and a strong hand in the room cleaning organization. I'm afraid we won't be back also we paid for King Size Rooms and some of my guests were put in Queen Size Rooms

Property is extremely well located. Everything is between 5 and 10 minutes away. Hotel is very clean and the staff are excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel. Rooms are big. Not your usual size for Europe. The rooms are more like we are used to in Canada.

The Morgan is located right on Fleet street, the home of Bar Temple area. It is smack in the middle of everything. The Hotel was great. The room was great. The bed and pillows were great, right down to the monogramed towels. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone I know travelling to Dublin.
