Un des top hôte pour les familles sur dubai
Nous sommes venus à 3 reprise sur une année et le Service excellent à la piscine au restaurant Qualité de la nourriture aussi bonne que lors de l’ouverture il y’a un an ( qualitative et nombreux choix ) Kids club plus que parfait , bonne prise en charge du personnel Par contre je reste sur mes précédent sentiments négatif pour le check in ( très mauvais ) accueil médiocre pour ce type d’établissement

Il est assez difficile de trouver des mots pour décrire cet hôtel tellement il est incroyable. La chambre: Elle est grande, spacieuse, ultra lumineuse et très bien conçue. Le service de l'hôtel: Où que l'on soit, de l'arrivée au départ, le personnel est là pour nous assister et faire de notre séjour un moment inoubliable. Le cloud 22: La piscine en roof top. Les cabanas sont à réservation payantes mais l'accès aux sun beds est gratuit dans la limite des places disponibles. On vous installe en fonction de votre demande (ombre ou soleil). Le petit déjeuner: il est tout simplement incroyable et extraordinaire. Je n'ai jamais vu un tel choix. Parc aquatique: l'accès à l'hôtel donne également accès au parc aquatique Atlantis. Les clients de l'hôtel bénéficient d'horaires étendus: Plage: On bénéficie d' un à deux kilomètres de plage privée. Elle s'étend depuis Atlantis The Royal jusqu'à Atlantis The Palm. Transport: L'hôtel est situé à une dizaine de minutes à pied du monorail. Autrement il est facile d'obtenir un taxi. Il suffit de demander au personnel. Emplacement: l'hôtel est situé sur le Palmier. Il est donc excentré du reste de Dubaï. C'est un très bon lieu de résidence mais c'est moins pratique pour visiter Dubaï.

Quelle classe! Par contre le service en chambre doit être amélioré! Une fois 40 minutes d’attente et une fois 55 minutes d’attente pour recevoir 2 bières! Idem pour le service de bagages, nous avions demandé à avoir nos bagages à la réception pour 12.00, nous les avons reçu à 12.25! À part ces points a améliorer, vraiment top!

Room had no cold water on arrival. Could not take shower, could not wash our face or brush our teeth as the water was boiling hot! This happened on arrival after 16 hours of flight! A technician showed up to fix the problem, after one hour he said the issue was resolved, only for us to find out that it was not resolved. Because of all this we missed our dinner. The morning after they moved us to a suite, but they forgot to do daily service of the room. We came back to the unit the end of a day being out and seeing the unit exactly we left it in the morning. They wasted another 2 hours of our time to service the unit. Just a complete disaster. The hotel itself is nice and new but the service is mediocre at best! The staff needs far more training, and units have to be inspected before they assign guests to the them. A massive disappointment!!! A complete waste of my money and time for such a huge trip that was supposed to be immaculate and memorable and flawless as I expected from such facility!

Very good hotel, brilliant food at breakfast. Staff at breakfast very good. But let down is extra charges for little things like water at Nobu by the Beach, location of sun lounges require you to pay extra. Staff let this down by not providing the best service if you don’t order food. The experience in this area was a let down. Considering the cost. Other than that all very nice

i only stay in the best when ever i travel and this was the best of them. best design amazing service amazing facility, best restaurants best views in dubai as a matter of fact i extended my stay twice and rarely so any of dubai because there's so much to do in the hotel

Will be back at every chance
Hands down the best resort ever. Let alone the stellar facilities, but also the hospitality! Me and my pregnant wife arrived close to 6am due to Emirates' funky flight schedule, but we were checked right in and were treated as if we owned the place. Breakfast is out of this world, with endless choices spanning the huge restaurant. Didn't even think about having lunch after all that. An experience like none other. Thank you Atlantis.

„Luxury“ Hotel not worth the price
As a client I felt zero valued and often got treated as if I was no hotel guest. Great view, new hotel, but really poor guest service and unpleasant ambiance in the hotel. Food at the Gala Dinner on New Years Eve was awful, combined with skyrocketing ticket price. Staff needs better training. For this hotel price you better choose the Mandarin Oriental or Four Seasons and you get much better service and warm welcome in the hotel, pool area and restaurants. I was here twice, will not return again.
