« Malgré de nombreux mails pour connaître les horaires des safaris, aucune réponse. Une bonne impression en arrivant, l'hôtel est beau, la piscine magnifique et le site au milieu de nulle part nous font déjà rêver. Mais c'est de courte durée, le personnel n'est pas sympathique, ni souriant et encore moins accueillant ! Nous avions réservé un Cottage Familial, spacieux et original, mais un froid glacial. Les repas sont forme de buffet sont corrects mais font penser à un self. Les safaris...

We had asked if we could bring breakfast back to the room for another guest who wanted to sleep in a little bit and they said we couldnt because they were concerned that the food would sustain the sheets. Not many other people otherwise the cottages may have been a bit close together, also quite near the road (Pinotage cottage).
