« While the surrounding properties were typical in Fairbanks, the accommodations at North Star were great. The owners were attentive, reaching out throughout my stay, to make sure all was well. The rooms were clean, comfortable and tastefully designed. The king size bed was so welcoming and comfortable as well…I would book this bnb again, simply for the great night’s sleep. « Small cabin, just for 1 or 2 people. However, the stairs up to the bed on the upper floor are very steep. Very welcoming and friendly hosts »

So I changed our day of travel just to stay here and the place did not disappoint! »

« The cabin has a far nicer kitchen than I expected and it was immaculate when we showed up. The location is beautiful right on a lake with sand hill cranes flying right over us. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do in beautiful Homer. »
