« The breakfast and location are the highlights of this hotel. Cetin is a real asset to the team - we really enjoyed our chats with him and he made us feel so well looked after throughout our stay. Unfortunately where things fell short of expectations is cleanliness of our room and facilities provided. We may not have noticed these things if we were only staying for a day or two, but after three of our four nights’ stay we realised our floor wasn’t being cleaned, towels potentially not replaced...

« Superbe hôtel familial incroyablement situé (1 minute à pied du centre mais au calme sur une colline). Grandes chambres très propres, piscine, excellent petit déjeuner servi à table. Les hôtes sont charmants, parlent anglais et vois aident dans toutes vis démarches. Nous reviendrons ! »

« İlk günümüzde şanssızlık eseri prizlerle ilgili bir sorun yaşadık ancak hemen sorunumuzu çözüp odamızı değiştirdiler ve o gün akşamına kadar da bizden sonra kalacaklar o odada sorun yaşamasın diye elektrikçi çağırıp prizleri yaptırdılar. Anlayacağınız üzere otel bakımlı, sorun çözücü ve çok samimi yaklaşımları var. Kahvaltılar da çok güzeldi. Otelde keyifli ve huzurlu bir tatil geçirdik. Çok teşekkür ederiz. « Thank you for a wonderful stay at Imren Han. Albeit the hotel was a 2 minutes walk from the centre of Alacati, it was incredibly quiet and peaceful. The staff were lovely and always helpful. The breakfast was amazing and the guests were lovely. I would highly recommend and wouldn’t look anywhere else if I were to come to Alacati again! »
