« Right off the bat the secluded location, super quiet. Walking into condo, loved front door design, very clean and no harsh smells. Everything is available as far as to cook, or grill outside. Overall loved it and family did too! »

« The property was amazing. Nice living area, lovely semi-private balcony, great master bed! Nice sitting table outside, perfect height for a great view. It was super clean. The pool is close below, but shuts down at 10pm and it's super quiet all around, very peaceful. The stairs are not a big deal. The only small knock is that the provided golf cart probably needs a bit of repair. It works fine and is safe, but you have to jiggle the pedal a bit to get it going and it's runs a little rough. « The property is very comfortable and clean. The townhouse complex is quiet and convenient walking distance to Avalon shopping and restaurants. We walked back and forth to the Casino on a couple of occasions. Also, it is a 5 min walk to Vons for grocery shopping. Our group consisted of 6 adults, aged 30 - 87. « One of the bathroom sinks in the master did not drain properly. On the utility cart that was provided, the tags were expired, also the engine kept backfiring and the ignition slot for the key needs repair. It was difficult to get it in and to turn on. Unit had a great view. All in all it was a great place to stay.. »

The view all throughout the day from the balcony was amazing and the golfcart they provided was great, it came with a stereo system so we were able to enjoy our trip around the island to the fullest. »
