« Had a fantastic short break in this lovely apartment. It was spacious, very clean and modern, and had everything we needed. It was in such a great location, literally minutes from the beach, and had the woods behind it which you could look at from the balcony. It was a very peaceful street with loads of parking. « Lovely property. Very clean and comfortable. Lots of facilities and finishing touches that really elevates it to the next level. Short walk to the beach and local shops. About 15 minutes drive to central Bournemouth. The host provided good communication and everything felt very well organised. We had a great time. »

« The communication with the owner was excellent. Any questions we had were answered quickly. There was easy access to the beach and we took advantage of this for several beach walks. As we stayed during a rainy patch we took journeys outside of the city where we went to Old Sarum and Salisbury Cathedral on day trips. The only negative would be the hot water for showering. It took a bit getting used to. On the other hand, having a lift to get to the first floor was a bonus with several suitcases...

« My room was lovely and the staff lovely. For myself there was no table in the room that I could use to do my work on, ended up using the suitcase stand. Also had to wait about 10 - 15 minutes for someone to come to reception , I had pressed the button many times but she only heard the last time I pressed it. Just maybe a better system. »

« I was having breakfast and A staff member wouldn’t let me leave the restaurant before I paid when you usually pay at checkout. She chased me as I was leaving the restaurant and made me feel like a thieve. On top of that, the staff at the reception made my wife pay a second time for the same breakfast! Then we had to go back and forth to prove that we had already paid and obtain a refund! Outrageous! »
