It’s was terrible experience for me in la Quinta hotel . First of all they promise me that they are going to change my room which is never happened . I couldn’t sleep at all in my room , the lift was in front off my room and too noisy . Room was so dirty and maybe around 100 flies in the room . I couldn’t rest at all in my room and noone helped me over there . Iam do disappointed.

Dear guest, Your reservation was for a club room but when you checked in to our hotel we made free upgrade for you and changed your room to a deluxe room in the main building, bigger room with good views and elevator. Then when you said you had problems with your new room, we offered you to take you to a room of your own category according to availability in our hotel but you said you wanted to stay in the main building and didn't want room change. When you made complaint that you and your child couldn't sleep in your check out date, we allowed you to have late check out and made ten percent discount from your extras for you. We tried to help you in all the ways we can.With our regards

Sayın Cüneyt Bey, Giriş günü her hangi bir sıkıntı yaşamadığınız halde ertesi gün resepsiyona gelerek ön bürö müdürü Çağrı Bey ile görüşüp erken çıkmak istediğinizi belirttiniz. Sadece odanızı beğenmediğinizi ileterek çıkış işlemlerini başlattınız ve sizden herhangi bir talepte bulunmadık. Tesisi beğenmemiş olabilirsiniz fakat bu tarz bir yorumda bulunmanız potansiyel misafirlerimizi oldukça olumsuz yönde etkilemektedir. Not a bad stay
Overall it was a good hotel, however a couple of members of staff were disappointing. The security and parking staff on the entrance were the nicest people we met there, very friendly, funny, and always helpful. The room itself was fairly clean, but more attention could have been made around the sink area, mirror and the toilet. The cleaning lady kept leaving our door unlocked too. The buffet breakfast was ok, with standard choices that will suit most people. We would have liked a few more gluten free / dairy free / vegan options, though, such as nuts and alternative milk. The breakfast staff were very attentive and friendly. The pool area was clean and we were fortunate to always have a place to sit. The sea was also easily accessible to get in and out of with step ladders from a decking platform. The pool staff were there for you anytime, however their English is limited. Although there was background music to listen to, it was the same album/playlist every day. If you're fit and healthy then you can walk from the hotel to the marina quite easily. Alternatively, the staff can order you a taxi or you can hop on a boat taxi from the pool area for around 40 TL per person.

Wound't stay again - Bedline provided was literally only the sheet on the matress and an old blanket. Very loud music from neighbouring hotels and bars which kept going well past midnight.

The property is not on an actual sandy beach but has the usual lounges etc on a terrace from which you walk into an ocean pool The worst thing is that they do not allow any food or drink from outside into the hotel! I went to the local supermarket to buy a few snacks-and the security guard stopped me bringing them into the hotel! I’ve never had that experience before over a few chocolate bars! I think that restriction is appalling- forcing you to eat only at the hotel Other than that the staff were helpful- particularly the front desk manager The walk to the center is about 15-20mins or an easy taxi ride

Otelin ana binası , ortak alanları ve özellikle plajı çok güzel. Ancak Club odaları maalesef çok eski .Odalarda rutubet ve tuvalet kokusu var. Önerim ana binadan şaşmayın. Personel son derece ilgili ve yardım sever. Yüzme imkanları ise mükemmel.Club odalarının içi ve banyosu yenilenmiş ancak üst katlara doğru merdivenlerden beton parçaları kopmuş. Çok ciddi bir elde geçirmeye ihtiyaç var

Great hotel
Really nice hotel with amazing views and pool. All the staff was very nice and accommodating. It’s quite the hike into city center where bars and restaurants are but nice to come back to a peaceful hotel. Would stay again!

The elevator was not working when we checked in. There wasnt any help to get our luggages to the room too. But other than that, the hotel has an amazing covid safe measurement.

Hotel was in a Nice location but we did need a ride or taxi to go to marina center ! I stayed in one of the club rooms, little small but had a nice balcony very small fridge ! No Kleenex was in place had to get my own! Food would have been better if we could serve ourselves or know what s on the buffet plates! Overall was good but not great! Thank you

It's a good hotel on the sea front but they were busy revamping the pool area which we were not told about before arriving. You can't access beaches close by since they are private. The staff only helped us with loungers after we complained.
