« Beautiful property, really clean and perfect little breakfast in the fridge in room. Lovely texts from Arden to make sure I was ok and if I needed anything. Rooms would benefit from some black out curtains to complement the lovely blinds, however there was a sleep/eye mask provided which was appreciated. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again, felt very comfortable and safe as a single female traveler. »

« Lovely grounds for walking. Great public rooms. Dinner menu rather limited if you were staying more than a couple of days. Room was comfortable although bathroom could do with an update. »

« Stayed here because it was the closest hotel we could find to the Silverstone GP on late notice. It's location is difficult to find when arriving at night as the GPS takes you to a care home. Upon arrival around 11pm the guy pretending to be the receptionist didn't even bother to look up while we stood there with our bags. After a few moments we said excuse me, and he just ignored us for at least another 3 minutes. Eventually he decided he would serve us, processing our details with a brain...

« I had a phone call from the propritor saying they had made a mistake with the booking and the en-suite i had booked was not available anymore, he did try to book me in somewhere else but could not, he then said he had a double room with a bathroom along the hall which we could have , i really had no choice as i was already on my holidays so i took that option. When we got there it was filthy , not the room but the stair carpet , plus the curtains in the room were dirty , the bed looked fine but...
