Outside hotel seems well and people of the reception is very kind. But my room was quite small, very small ad bad developed. No air conditioner, furnace inside. Breakfast : medium choice, no fresh juice, no fresh fruits except one apple. Computer out of service "we try to fix it" said the director. 400€ for 2 nights at Nes is not a good bargain. You don’t have for your money. Very disappointed.
Very little room and very hot inside.
No fresh juice. Croissants and bread may be defrosted. Not sure eggs are organic.

Bien agréable séjour
J'ai réservé une chambre avec vue sur le canal, et cela valait bien les quelques euros de plus. Magnifique. L'hôtel est tout proche, par les petites rues, de la station de métro Rokin, très facile d'accès depuis la gare centrale. Il est très bien situé au milieu de plusieurs quartiers intéressants. Super accueil avenant, rapide, avec le sourire. Le personnel a toujours un petit mot et est professionnel. A l'entrée des friandises peuvent être achetées. Il y a un ascenseur qui permet de monter facilement les valises aux étages. La chambre est très confortable et propre. Le lit est un peu trop ferme pour moi, mais c'est selon les gouts. Bien entendu, la vue est très agréable. La SdB est parfaite, grande, avec douche-pluie. L'eau est très vite chaude. Le petit déjeuner buffet, est très bien présenté, et sans avoir un immense choix, il est bon et permet de démarrer la journée. Œufs a la coque, ou brouillés, charcuterie, fromage, viennoiseries,...Il est servi de 7h30 a 10h00. Vraiment, si je tombe encore sur un prix intéressant je reviendrai sans hésiter.

The staff was amazing. Breakfast was adequate but nothing special. Location was excellent. Right in the center of the old city so walking everywhere was very easy. View out out window of the canal, first rate!!

If you don’t plan to spend a lot of time in your room and you don’t go in the summer, this is your place. It is an old building but very clean. Rooms are just big enough for the beds and maybe a chair but the bathroom is modern. There is NO room air conditioning which I did not realize but we had a canal view room and opened the large windows which made it perfect.

The room was clean but had a musty smell. There is an elevator which is good since Dutch stairs are scary. The location is great and the neighborhood is very walkable. The front desk staff was exceptional, very knowledgeable and helpful. This was true of everyone I interacted with while I was there.

This property was very centrally located, and the staff were extremely accommodating. They even opened the kitchen after hours for us. It was a quick walk to everything whether a tour, dinner or excursion. Would stay there again.

Front desk staff SUPER friendly!!! We had the most amazing time. Super convenient area, walkable to so many parts of Amsterdam, the rooms super comfy, clean, comfortable bed and pillows. Canal view was a huge plus. Definitely recommend. Close to Tulip Market and cheese tasting and souvenir, thrift, specialty shops.

Great location, hotel room itself a little worn. One thing I can’t figure out is the shower- it’s just one big floor in the small bathroom so there is no way to take a shower without flooding the whole bathroom! With that said, the reception staff could not have been more attentive, friendly, helpful, and personable!

Amazing stay! Everyone is so friendly. The rooms were very clean and the staff was attentive to all of our needs. Because of the great location in Centre Amsterdam, the room was small; we were fine with this aspect. We booked this hotel, because of location, but the hotel was awesome. Good location, staff were really nice. The hotel is small, but suitable for a city break. The location is great, walking distance from many different places to visit.
