« We were in Flint, the bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. The bathroom was somewhat small and a little tricky to manoeuvre. Nice smellies and tea/coffee/biscuits/wine/water. Unfortunately we found the breakfast disappointing, rather tasteless I’m afraid. »

« The Bull Inn is a characterful property, very well placed for visits to Snetterton racing circuit and this was the purpose of our visit. We found the Inn very comfortable, clean and the restaurant was very good for dinner and breakfast. Parking is free, plentiful and immediately outside the courtyard rooms. I’d be very happy to return to The Bull Inn if I’m in the area again. »

« Loved the restaurant and the amazing staff and the location is wonderful. Only downside was the room that we were allocated while comfortable had an unimpressive aspect and was missing some finer details e.g. could have done with an extra chair and a small coffee table (the room was big enough) and it lacked hanging space. Overall though a lovely stay.. »

« lovely hotel situated 5 minutes walk from the center of Bury St Edmunds.Bedroom nicely decorated and the bed very comfortable. Difficult to dry hair as no plug in the bathroom and no mirror in the bedroom!! Unfortunately we were in a front bedroom which is on the main road!! very noisy from 7.am »

« We stayed for a two night weekend break, the hotel was spotless and followed Covid guidelines. The room was spacious, very comfortable and clean. All the staff were extremely welcoming. The hotel is well located for local trips and the small town is very nice with a few interesting individual shops. The highlight of the hotel is its restaurant, we decided to have dinner there both evenings and were very impressed with the quality of food with a good wine menu. »

« Great hospitality from the staff. Breakfast was good but a little overpriced for a basic continental spread. I would have expected the continental breakfast to be included with the room rate. Dinner in the restaurant was fabulous! I would love to dine there again. When I got my final bill for my stay (room and breakfast) I was asked if I wanted to add further gratuity to it which was a little surprising and made me feel a bit awkward. « Although it was a good stay and in an excellent location, the room we stayed in was very dusty and needed a good clean. Bathroom blind was very dusty, exposed wires from a towel rail. Bedroom needed dusting and windows that opened needed cleaning. Confusion over the bill when we left. »
